1975 Johnson 15 HP Fuel Issue

I have a 15 HP Johnson outboard with good compression and good spark. After priming, the carb bowl fills up as it should and the ball gets firm. But when attempting to start it, no fuel gets into the cylinders. It does not even try to start. I took the carb apart and gave it a good cleaning, but that did not do anything. I can get it to run for a few seconds if I spray fuel directly inside the cylinders. Just looking for something to try next. Thanks!

Sounds like you still have a plugged jet or fuel passage in carb, probably the low speed jet it is very small and hard to get clean. Take a close look at jets.
