This notor has a roller that is activated by a cam from the throttle that opens up the butterflys in the carbs. Is there a clear plastic cover on the outside of this roller? I cant find a picture of it to see if it should have one or not. Mine does not have the clear cover. Been told they get brittle and crack off affecting the sync.
