Default 1996 Johnson 88 SPL
Hi, I have a 1996 Johnson Outboard and it is hard starting when cold. Once it is ran a short time it starts at the turn of the switch almost instantly.

Sounds like carbs are gummed up or the primer valve is leaking

change the spark plugs also
