Throttle friction in Johnson J10RSTE

Hello all,

I have an outboard motor Johnson J10RSTE (2003) in my recently purchased second-hand boat. I have seen that the throttle twist-grip comes back to idle position whenever I left it.

It seems there is a throttle friction kit for Johnson outboards, ref 0437711. Does anybody know if it is possible to install it in my motor? The part is not shown in the steering and shifthandle drawing of such model but included in other 10C.V. motors with similar steering systems.
