03 Johnson 90plstc

I am trying to locate a throttle body for my Johnson. I cannot seem to locate a 5005101 which is the port side because everywhere says that it is obsolete. I can find the starboard side 5005102. Can anyone tell me why they made this part obsolete and what part replaces it also where I can find one. Thanks
