Default 1981/85 25hp Johnson neutral safety switch.
My 85/81 25hp starts in gear. I ordered a new switch and before I put it on I removed the 1 wire (only) connected to the old switch and the motor still started. Put the new switch on, same thing. Should there be another wire connected to the switch it has another prong?
