60 degree 90 hp mod?

I've got a 1998 60 degree 90 hp johnson that I'm working on. while looking up carb parts i noticed that the 115 hp johnson carb jets are listed on the same parts list.

Is the carb jetting the only difference between the 90 and 115 hp motors?
Same question for the 60 degree 150 and 175 hp motors 1992 yr model.
