Default 1974 15hp johnson 2 stroke

My 15hp Johnson dies after 10-15 minutes at trolling speed and the fuel bulb is soft. It takes sometimes 10 minutes of pulling to start back up. It runs fine at high rpm. At the end of the day, when I disconnect my fuel line from my engine, fuel runs out of the connection on the engine. I would appreciate all and any advice. Thanks.

Just discovered the 1974 is actually a 1984. If it matters.
