1992 johnson thermostat seal
I have a 1992 johnson 200hp model j200stlens. Replaced both thermostats but had to use old seals cannot get the new seals into the metal groove (or channel) that they belong in. Old seals are easily put into groove,but the new seals are very hard rubber.I didn't want to ruin the new seals. Is there a special tool to insert these new seals with?
