Help finding part for my Johnson 7.5 j8rcss

Please look at the picture and if you know what the plastic piece that is melted and broken that holds the throttle cable I would really like to order this part but I don't know what it is called. Thanks

No one has any idea what this piece maybe called. I looked throught all the diagrams and cab't find this part anywhere. Because it is broken when I turn the throttle it doesn't work properly, so if anyone can help me out please leave a reply, thanks.
