Need to know

Hi My Name is Captain Jake! I'm new here and want to purchase a Johnson 9.9 Mod. # J10RLSSA I saw on ebay to use for a trolling motor for my 21ft. Seamaster. I need to know two things. Is this a two or four stroke model,and what type of out rig bracket do I need to install it on the back of my boat. Waisting to much fuel with the 135 HP just for trolling.. Can someone help?
