Default 1983 Johnson 70 HP
Top cylinder does not appear to be producing power.
Compression 110(T) 124(M) 110(B)
Have cleaned carbs, replaced two coils, power pack, stator, plugs.
Will not power up in the water. If I remove middle or bottom plug wire while running, motor dies. If I remove top plug wire, no change apparent. Can hear the plug arcing when I remove wire.
Would appreciate any help-advice-thoughts on a fix.
