Tilt and Trim Leaking Cylinder

I have a 1991 Johnson 40 hp with tilt and trim. The cylinder is leaking around the shaft going into the cylinder. Will the seal kit that you sell for $60.00 contain all of the seals I will need to complete the repair. What is the wrench called or part number that is needed to take the cylinder apart?
