Default 1989 Johnson 25 Idle
Hi all

Took my new (1989) Johnson out for a play today. I cant seem to get her to idle. She starts ok, well ok ish and when wide open throttle my walker bay rid hits 29 mph . However when I back off to idle she dies.

Any ideas please?

i would give your carbs a clean out if its been lyin since last year if this doesnt help get compression checked just in case
