2000 130 Head gasket install

Installing a new head gasket on a J130PLSSS. What is the torque? Also, I have heard multiple answers on whether or not to apply RTV to the gasket. One manual I have says yes, but it's not OEM. The gasket I removed did not seem to have sealer on it judging how easy it came off.
