Johnson 48 HP runs low end only

Was running fine and it bogged down at upper speed. Next time out ran fine at upper speed for @ 20 minutes and than bogged down. Now will run maybe 30 sconds before bogging down at higher speed. Will run fine at just above idle but not at full throttle. Any ideas?
