We have this odd mounting deal on a 16 Alumicraft Classic Deluxe, with this spacer on transom, the spacer does not allow the motor to 'hook' on transom, this is how it was when purchased used a few years ago,,,, is this a bad way to mount motor,,, or is it ok to have this setup? All 4 mounting bolts are secure,, so it really cannot go anywhere,,I guess ? I t had a 60HP on , that blew up, we just put this 50 hp on it .
