Default Ignition issue
I have a 90Hp 2001 Johnson V4 2 stroke.

I cannot get any spark. The problem occured while the engine was running and performing well and then shut down.

I have disconnected the kill switch wire to see if this allows spark however it made no change.

How can i test the power pack?

The power pack cannot be tested, however you can test all the other ignition components. You will require a service manual, the following link should assist you.
