2004 BJ50PL4SRS Johnson relay chatter

Have a problem when I put power to the engine via ignition key of a chattering Relay this effects the whole circuit including the Engine pre Test check and remote /local TNT function .. After several attempts it seems to energize and as long as the battery isolators are not switched off the circuit remains energized .. All connections are good. Is it thye ECM Relay that is causing this ? any advice appreciated

Its very hard to say without physical examination. However first locate which relay is chattering and replace. If this does not correct then EMM malfunction is very possible.
