Tilt & trim leaking

I have Johnson 70HP model BJ70VLSIS, serial no G 04964015, year 11/2000.
I want to replace seals on tilt&trim pistons and rods. Are the replacement seals contained in O-ring and seals kit, no 0434516 or I have to buy complete "TRIM ROD END CAP & SEAL" no 0435345, and "CAP ASSY" no 0390006 ?

The O-ring and seal kit should come with all the seals and O-rings to seal the ptt unit, except the trim rod cap seals and tilt cap seals.

That means the "TRIM ROD END CAP & SEAL" no 0435345, and "CAP ASSY" no 0390006 have to be bought as assembly units?
