1971 9.5 johnson starter

im in need of a starter i just bought this johnson last week and found a few problems not really happy but happens.. im new to the rebuilding and stuff so comments would help im wondering if you could put an electric starter in it to replace pull start?

There maybe an aftermarket kit out there, but no oem conversion kit available.
