forward steer 1981 25hp

after some advice on what would be required to turn my '81 25 hp tiller steer into a forward steer. has been sitting in the shed for 18 months with broken gear change lever, told they are not available in OZ found the parts I need on boats.net site and awaiting delivery

The remote adapter kits have been discontinued for that motor, parts are no longer available. The remote kit still used the shift lever to connect the remote cable to.

Any ideas where I could get some pictures of the kit so I may be able to have something made
