Gale Buccaneer Info Request

Hi all.

I have just purchased a Gale Buccaneer 15D14B but it is only firing on one cylinder. I need to check all the ignition components which are housed under the flywheel. Is it necessary to remove the flywheel to check the points/coils etc.

Are manuals still available for these engines. I would love to be able to download a pdf or purchase a real paper manual for this engine. Does anybody know where I can find one.
