I am having a little problem... I have a 2000 Euroline Cyclone Turbo Jet boat with and Johnson/Evenrude 115 turbo 4 cyl engine. I accelerate at full throtle and it does not go to full speed. it runs about 20-25 mph like its starving for fuel then out of the blue it runs good for aobut 15 min and after that it feels like I am dropping a cylinder or something. Please advise. will not fo to full speeed.

Might try removing and cleaning carbs, check fuel hoses and filters, if pumping fuel primer bulb makes it try to run better then may need a fuel pump.
