1930's sea horse info needed

Hi newbe here.. I have a 1930's sea horse and im haveing trouble with identafing the year and horse power of it.. the sr # is 521188 and above it is 27E250 there are some # on the main case 27E1 and some on the other side 2JHL1L but thats all the # on the whole thing.. I cked on the fly wheel under the cover and every were.. also how is the thing cooled ? i find no inlet ports or exit ports.

Not sure we don't have any information on motors older than 1968.
