2003 johnson 90 HP overheating

This motor has never had a problem but last week it was running 30 degrees hotter than it normally does so I changed both thermostats and now the right cylinder bank runs alot hotter than the left bank, other than a stuck stst what could be the problem. Thanks

Probably need to check compression and replace water pump.
