35hp Johnson 76 model ,have tried everything motor runs at idle but stands on its nose when throttle advanced ,replaced all gaskets ,and upper seal , bout to go nuts ,Where else should I look?Two mechanics have looked at carb ,nothing wrong.where can I find the material to make a fuel pump diaphram?
