2004 johnson 60hp four stroke check engine alarm

I have a 2004 johnson 60 hp four stroke that the check engine light and horn sounds when trying to start the engine???? Engine will start it is pumping water full of oil looking for other sources of a check engine alarm fault

I have a 2004 70 hp 4 stroke that just did the same thing but is not pumping oil out. Mine just quit and will not start. Can anyone give us some ideas?

took my motor to my local marina just a simple air idle screw adjustment seems to have cured the problem motor is currently running fine
