Okay I have a pontoon and I have 2 good running motors and have both been gone over a the shop. One is a 35 Evenrude and the other is a 28 johnson. I have tried both motors and tried to get the motors to power up when I push the stick on the control box forward it will not accelerate it just stalls. I have adjust the cable adjustment on the motor again and again. with no luck. Can someone tell me if something could be wrong with the control box? Or am I doing something wrong?Has anyone heard of such problem??? Please help me, I do not want to keep pumping money into this boat.
