have a 1998 70 hp johnson. Runs great for 15-20 minutes then it wants to act like you pulled a plug wire or two, back off the throtle & it catches its breath then runs great, then drops off again. gas line is good , gas cap is venting. any suggestions. the more i read it sounds like a powerpack(CDI unit)??
