1996 Johnson 115

Hello to all,

My 115 1996 Johnson Fast Strike just started this problem. I can get up on step and ride for about 15 seconds it then just slows down to an idle speed. I can use any advise as to what I need to do.

Could have a fuel restriction. Check fuel pump, fuel filters and hoses between gas tank and engine. Try connecting a portable gas tank to engine and see if runs ok on another gas tank.
