I have a lowe fishing boat with a 1990 Johnson 60HP outboard, the last three times I have had it on the water it started great and ran great with lots of power, and it starts back if not off for very long, but after I stop to fish and use the troll motor for an hour or two it will not start back, sometimes after waiting another hour or two it will start back and run fine. Always when I get it home and hook up the ear muffs it starts. I have installed new plugs, plug wires, coils, power pack, I am now thinking maybe Primer solenoid or VRO pump in which the oil side has been disconnected and tank removed on it for years. Any help or information will be greatly appreciated.
