Check to see if all cylinders are firing by using a timing light. Could still be one carb jet or passage plugged up.

Is tach accurate, did it used to turn more rpm's, has anything been changed on jet pump?

We tried 2 different tachs and both read the same, nothing else has been changed it use to run about 5200, we're starting to loose hope.

If fire is good then probably a fuel issue, try bumping choke and pumping fuel primer bulb to see if runs better.

I bumped the choke and it immediately died out and pumping the ball had no effect.

All of the reeds look fantastic and the exhaust ports seem to be free as well.

Not sure, it would need to taken to a dealer to have checked out and find problem.
