I am restoring my 96 Johnson 25hp outboard. It has been stored for the last 10 years. I got it running, but it won't pee. Thinking it must be the water pump, possibly the impeller? If it is, any special concerns in trying to taking lower unit off to get to it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
