Hello, I'm a new member. I've been reading posts here for about a year and am impressed by the willingness of those who have information and training to share it with those who need it.
I have a 1988 Johnson, 28 HP special. I have a shop guide but it does not list the water jacket cover torque values nor does it list the torque values for the bolts that surround the thermostat. Was wondering if anyone might have those values. I have learned that the information for 30 HP engines is pretty much the same but still can find no listing for them on the web. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
