93' Tracker Outboard

Considering buying a 40hp Tracker model TJ40ELETB. Very novice with this and will be putting this on an Alumacraft v16 CS Lunker, 99' without helm.
I have 2 questions: is this a 20-inch shaft motor or short and could I likely attach a tiller handle, if so what part would I be looking for?

It is a 20 inch shaft length. I don't see a tiller handle kit available for it.
