Tilt goes up an down easily but stops in the up position at the same point each time, almost all the way up, the lower unit is just below the surface of the water, when tilting down, reaches the trim rods, and then no more movement downward at all.
Background, all worked great, was on the water yesterday and it sounded and felt like the motor hit something, over 18' deep water, so not sure what could have been hit, this is when I noticed that the trim was not operating.
Any help would be appreciated.
