Johnson J30ELERM Outboard question

Greetings all......Johnson newbie here so please bear with me.

I have a 94' Johnson 30hp outboard (model J30ELERM). I need help identifying a part and find a part number for it. I believe it is a solenoid injection choke.

Number 25 in this diagram is choke primer, it doesn't come in acomplete assemble, 1994 J30ELERM Johnson Outboard INTAKE MANIFOLD Diagram and Parts
