New to the forum and so far it's been a great help.
I came across and old boat I am rebuilding and it has a Johnson T50TLCD on it that runs just fine the shop tells me. I want to update the controls to something newer to match the new interior of my rebuild. Can someone lead me in the right direction as to what I can replace it with? Since the kill switch and ignition are built in I guess I will have to put those on the console but that shouldn't be an issue. What new control units are compatible with my current cables? Anything else I will need to put on the console that is currently built in?
