1992 Johnson 200 Ocean Runner Sluggish to Plane
I have a 1992 200 hp Ocean Runner that is slow to build up RPMs going to plane. I push the throttle all the way forward and it is slow. I have changed the inline filter, the fuel/water separator, found a hole in one spark plug wire, and changed the plugs. It is still slow to get up on plane. It idles fine and will jump to 5000 rpm in neutral with no problem. When I go to get up on plane it takes awhile to get up and then it will top out at 4200-4500 rpm. The power pack was just changed out less than a year ago. Any ideas anyone?
