Have a 2001 90hp johnson that I take out every weekend, clean and maintain every time I get off the water. Lately its been acting up.
Ill start it in the morning at the boat ramp and after dying a couple times it will finally stay running. Ill head out and about 30 min later reach my destination where ill shut it down and fish.
When ready to move to a new spot, it refuses to start. Sounds like it wants to start but won't. After trying 10 to 20 times itll finally fire and run with no problem.
What could be the cause?
