I have a 1976 Johnson 70 hp. Model 70el76. The starter needs to be replaced. The starter that is on the motor, has been repladed by a previous owner, and was kind of hacked. Can you tell me how many mounting holes are supposed to be on the starter housing? It looks like one of them has been removed. Its near the carburetor side. Thanks in advance
