    Thermostat Assy P/N's

    I'm rebuilding my 1997 175 HP Ocean Runner and run into difficulity when replacing the thermostat seals. The standard seal fits the one cylinder head but the gland size is too small on the other. It would appear that the sleeves have different ID's. Would there be an explaination why the Port side has the smaller orifice?

      Never Mind

      ....there was no sleeve...the metal ring from the old seal was corroded in place.......think I should see an eye doctor??
