1985 Johnson 140, thermostat cup & seal

Hi,
I'm working on removing the cups and seals, located under the thermostats on a J140TXCO
The cups are stuck with corrosion.

Has anybody got a good way to get them out of the head?

Problem solved; I removed the old seals leaving the well seated caps in place, then simply installed the new seals into the old caps.
