I just acquired this boat and am diagnosing some low rpm issues at wot and idleing issues. After squeezing the primer bulb fuel began leaking from the lower right carburetor and I noticed a brass fitting missing from this carburetor that is present in all or the others. Notice in the picture it is between the two bolts at the bottom of the sleeve. (sorry, the picture came through upside down)
I found a diagram of the carburetor and was going to order the part, but it appears to be missing??? Can anyone help identify what this is? Could this be causing my low rpm and idle issues?
