I have a 99 25hp johnson. when i crank the motor and it is idling, it is rough. kind of a jerky idle i guess you would say and sometimes it will die on its own. does it no mater if the engine is warm or cold. im wondering if maybe spark plugs may be my issue or if the idle needs to be adjusted? any help is greatly appreciated.
