My 1995 Johnson 115 HP hasn't been run since 2011. I winterized it in November of 2011 and I haven't ran it since that time. I plan to use it again this spring and beyond. Are there any items that need addressed prior to starting it. It has been stored inside and the cylinders were last fogged in 20111.
