I'm a newbie in this forum.
I've a boat with an 1995 OMC Cobra 4.3GL (43APHUB) engine.
I bought this boat. It's in a pretty good condition. In a few week I like to winterize it, but I do not really know, which engine oil I have to choose.
The old OMC manual recommends an streight SAE30 oil. The Volvo Penta manual for the same engine type calls for an 20W50 oil. But no manual tells me, if I have to use a mineral or synthetic oil.
It would be very nice, if somebody can give me an advice for the right type of oil.
