1993 Johnson 25HP Remote Control Kit

Hi All, I have a 1993 Johnson 25 hp, model # J25RETS and I'm looking to purchase a Remote Control Adapter kit (Part #433720).
It is a discontinued part #, and I'm wondering that if I can't find one, does the forum know of a reasonable substitute kit that will require minor modifications?

I'm not sure what the list price of the kit was, but all individual parts are still listed through OMC as available. It looks like retail for all parts would be around $350.

You might nose around a few shops to see if you could locate a parts motor that could purchase which had that kit installed.
