Just purchased a 6r76a and it has a broke shifter rod lever under the power head. I found the part I need but looking at the diagram...... I need a whole bunch of parts. Could anyone tell me what exact part or parts I need? As far as I can tell it's just a 395022 part number but the diagram shows several other parts. I'm ready to fix it just need to know what I need. Thanks

All I ever needed was the shift handle and the gasket that goes under the powerhead. -
Right.... When I look up the parts it shows several different parts but when I took it apart there was only the one piece that was broke. What I need to know is if all those parts go in there or if it's only the oneComment

Number 24 is the broke part. All the other parts in the pic I have attached are not there... I'm not sure if they are supposed to be or not. I bought this motor from another person. He doesn't know because he never pursued the problem. This diagram shows these extra parts in there but in my motor they are not. Are they supposed to be? Numbers 22-26,4, and 92Comment

I assume they're there, But in what condition. They're just very small parts and couldn't add more than a couple dollars to the shipment. If it makes you feel safer, order them.Comment
